A stock automobile exhaust header is usually available in market with number of different features. The stock automobile exhaust header generally takes all the hot gases from the engine and after that the hot air travels through the pipes which later through then out of the system. Although the stock automobile exhaust header is so designed that it costs really very less and also it is really very easy to install but the major drawback of this exhaust system is it produces lots of back pressure which is not good.
Basically with the term back pressure it comes to the picture that there is some resistance which comes into the way of exhaust of the hot gases and thus some amount of hot air goes back into the engine. Thus some amount of engine’s power gets wasted in forcing that hot air out which lowers the performance of the car or motorcycle. And finally you get less power output.
